"All signs point to "stay away, open you account elsewhere". I tried opening an account for my daughter's guardianship. I had to make (4) trips to the branch because each time they needed additional information. This bank doesn't have a legal person that a banker can call and get the low-down in real time.. Instead it's a queued system that takes days for answers, many of them partial answers. The last time I went to finally deposit the guardianship check, the banker said he tried calling me and said my phone was disconnected by Verizon ( I don't even use Verizon). Anyway, I still couldn't deposit the check and he needed more info again.... I submitted the required info by email, never received a receipt email after a week. I gave, up. If its this hard to put money in, I don't trust the ability to take it out. I just tried calling them to go ahead and close my account.... Big surprise, error message. These people do not know what they are doing."

"This bank is never open, even when cars are parked outside. The ATM is always off or it won't dispense or receive money. It's getting old."
