They vare definitely racial profiling hard working Spanish Americans. I'd advise anyone who banks here that's from Latin culture go to another bank."

"I went there today, 10/17. I think her name was Lucy. She was racially profiling me. It took 20 mins to cash two checks. She called several people to confirm the checks were good. She was very rude and racist. This is why I would never bank there. If you aren't white I don't recommend Plumas Bank. So embarrassing trying to contact my employer to verify the checks. My employer had to call from California to verify the checks. Then she told me this will happen again, if I come in."
