"Worst experience EVER! I set up auto pay so my CC payment would not be late, that didn't work! Every month I am still paying a "late fee". The teller even was the person who set it up for me. I saved all my money to go in and pay off my CC and now that I have checked my account, they are saying I owe them over 1500.00 dollars. I just don't understand how they can just steal money from hard working people and get away with it, I'm shocked that our federal government allows this tyranny! Please don't use this bank, it is NOT a credit union and they will destroy your credit!!!!!!"

"The ATMs are always broken so I have to drive across town to make a deposit. When I drove across town to deposit my rent money at the Bible Way location the ATM didn't deposit my money and took my money so I can't pay rent on time!! I am so upset and disappointed. The bank teller gave me the wrong number to call so I couldn't get in touch with the correct person to resolve this issue in the same day."
