"I took my daughter to do labs here. Such a beautiful place! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with such aloha at the entrance by security and helped by another person to get to where we needed to be. This is what Hawaii should always be. Spread the Aloha! Help one another!"
"Absolutely terrible !! Went into the er to check on my daughter's fever. Doctor spent maybe 7 minutes checking in her. Now im here waiting close to an hour for some danm discharge paper !!!!!! If I could give them half a star I absolutely would !!!"
"Wish I had a 0 star option, 1 seems a bit generous. Where to start?...***read all please*** Took my mother in law to the ER. First off there isn't a drop off area close to the door, if someone is incapacitated you have to walk 30 feet to the intake area, grab a wheelchair, then cart them back. Once inside customer service is garbage. She saw the nurse plenty, the doctor came in once, she got an x ray, then the doctor refused to come back to go over the results. Instead the nurse told her the diagnosis and have her discharge papers. Now for the real kicker.... ready? There was narcotic medication on the bill that she never received. Doctor still refused to come back, and the nurse said this is a common occurrence. Although the nurse refused to say anything for fear of being fired. This place needs to be investigated STAT!"
"I ended up needing to use the Emergency Room here. It's a brand new facility and the doctors and staff were just amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of me and taking the time to treat me instead of rushing through. Everyone from the nurses to the x-ray tech and the PA were incredibly understanding and friendly. Feeling much better now thanks to their quick response and efforts. The PA also followed up with me a few days later to ensure that I got the test results that they had to send in to an offsite lab."
