"Such a fun place! The bay is incredible and the pier is fun to walk down. We saw turtles swimming at the end of the pier and we were able to jump off and easily climb back up. Kids will love it!"
"We came down here to walk on the beach and get breakfast nearby a few times during our stay in Princeville. The view is insanely beautiful, rain or shine. The parking lot was easy to find with clean bathrooms but you could easily walk from the shops in Hanalei."
"Of course, it's Hanalei and very beautiful, with a great view of Bali Hai, but it's just full of tourists! As someone who grew up on Kauai in the summers, there are way better local beaches that I would prefer to go to! "It's a great location for beginner surfers, and a nice one to watch people surfing. I can see that the water is shallow, and there's enough wind to create enough waves. Even though I'm not in the water I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The scenery around the beach is beautiful too. There are toilets and showers here, but parking is limited. We came in the afternoon and the car park was full. We had to drive out and make a turn around to find a spot."
