"They used to be more competent, but lately, they have been very slow at times. I called in refills and they kept saying they had to order new ones, taking as long as 3 weeks to fill them! These are important diabetic medications too. Also, a few of the clerks have been rude and impatient, including one pharmacist! Other staff have been courteous and prompt. It's like spinning a wheel to find out what kind of service you'll receive here."

"The so called "Pharmacist" Mark is incompetent. You would think a pharmacist could read a prescription correctly. I went to CVS and they filled it immediately. He gave me an attitude and started throwing things around inside the booth after asking simple questions about why they wouldn't fill my doctor ordered prescription. How this person is in customer service is beyond me. They won't get one dime from me and I'm NEVER going here again, even for groceries."
