"They are the WORSE! I’m sitting here in pain because they can’t fill my prescription and they keep telling me to come back but nothing is changing. It’s been like this for 2 days now and still nothing even tho I got a text saying my prescription was ready. DO NOT GO HERE! The people are dumb!"
"Multiple times a prescription was given to them and there is no follow up for days. I finally contacted their automated system to be told my prescription had been ready for days yet there was zero communication from this pharmacy. There is simply no excuse for this terrible customer service. If you can provide good service get out of the business."
"In preparation for overseas deployment was required to have 150count Anti-Malaria meds. My doctor forgot to put the quantity on the prescription request and they gave me 30. I spoke with doctor's office and they resubmitted for 120. Before going on vacation I physically went into the Pharmacy and expressed that I needed the prescription asap and it appeared it was in their system for filling. That was last week on Wednesday. Had a family check yesterday to see when they expected to have the prescription and she was told that they hadn't done anything to fill the order. I will never use that Pharmacy again."
"Had a young lady help me out. She was very pregnant and the baby must have been moving around because she looked like she was in discomfort but still had wonderful attention to details on the medication and explainingeverything. She was helpful at getting a lower price for my prescription for my daughter. Walgreens need more employees like her that are eager to help out and are very polite."
