"Trash pharmacy. None of the techs care about their jobs and will talk loudly about not helping customers right in front of them, as well as betting on what someone is there for (hippa, hello?) If a customer is not being rude or impatient, what is the point of acting this way? Be better."

"Pharmacy work is hectic and you aren't the only customer. Please be calm, and don't flip out when you have to wait. If you hate waiting, don't go during peak hours. Anyways, this location has been nothing short of professional and helpful for my Diabetes needs. Keep up the good work and I'm grateful for your service. I used to have a primary pharmacy that rhymes with Tea Sea Ehhhs and it was the absolute worst. Makes me appreciate this spot all the more."

"Very un happy with them I call and always get hung up on..and they DO NOT Know what they are doing there.. very rude unhelpful it will not try to help you out to look and see where there's a mistake in your medication or when the doctor sends in your medications please do not waste your time here I am going to have to switch back to my old pharmacy Safeway very good pharmacy very good people skills and I also suggest do not go to Walgreens yes a drive-thru is nice but it's just not worth it beware of Walgreens onsilverada in Reno"

"They can't send or recieve faxes from my doctor for some reason. They send in a medication refill request several times with the wrong amount, and then to the wrong doctor. Sometimes you can be on hold for 20-30 minutes without ever hearing from anyone. Literally go anywhere other than this pharmacy."

"i arrived at 7:30 to fill a prescription. i checked ahead to see when the pharmacy closed and i was told it closed at 8. i was told they were unable to fill my prescription even though i got there before closing. the prescription is very important and this is detrimental to my health"
