"This is the best groomer I’ve ever taken my dog to and I’ve been to quite a few!! My dog actually LOVES going. And, I can tell Sabrina (I think is her name) actually really cares for and likes my dog. Also, she always looks really pretty and smells really great when she leaves! Her nails are trimmed correctly (not too short). An overall great experience!"
"Marina and her staff are the best! I couldn't be happier with the service they consistently provide. They are very skilled and professional and are genuinely caring towards your pets. I’ve been taking my dog Luka to them for over a year and they never disappoint. Glad they opened this new location in Waialua as it’s closer to home. It’s located in the Waialua Shopping Center near the old sugar mill. The facility is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for both pets and owners. "We noticed this groomer when we stopped by Jerry's Pizza and decided it would be a great location to drop off the pup and then go for a North Shore hike. The staff was incredibly professional and pleasant. Our dog took to her right away, and he isn't always comfortable with new people. They gave us an estimated time for him to be finished but told us that if he dried sooner, they would let us know, and sure enough, he was done in about two hours. When we picked him up his coat looked beautiful, his nails were nicely trimmed, and he looked happy. I'll definitely go back. It's nice to find a local small business owner to give our business to."
