"Sue delivered perhaps the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. I arranged for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend, who was on vacation in Waikiki. I wanted it to be a surprise so I found out the address (which turned out to be the wrong address) from someone else in her party. Then I gave the phone number of what I thought was the front desk (it wasn't) instead of my girlfriend's number. They ended up showing up and scouring the building and couldn't find the unit number I had given them (turns out this building didn't even have a unit by that number.) They talked to security guards, other tenants, etc. and ended up not being able to make the delivery. She called me and explained the situation. A series of phone calls later and Sue ended up making a trip back out there after dinner at 8:30 PM - way beyond the call of duty - and made the delivery on the date of our anniversary. I couldn't be more thankful and highly recommend Flowers & Fun to anyone that needs flowers in the Honolulu area!"
