"Exactly what I would hope for in a Big Island gym. It’s very open and there is plenty of equipment to choose from; it never feels like people are on top of each other. Super affordable week passes which really adds to the value. This gym feels like you are working out in Hawaii which is very cool. Highly recommend."

"This gym is incredible! I visited the island and stopped in here for five workouts throughout my trip. I spent $20 for each day pass which is reasonable - I should have gotten a $55 weekly pass. I visited at various times throughout the day and always enjoyed my time, never had to wait long for machines, and had enough space to move around even during the busiest times. The equipment and facility are TOP NOTCH. I have visited dozens of gyms and this is an S-tier facility with great vibes, ethos, customer service, and machines. My home gym doesn’t compare to the experience I had here. Even the folks who workout here showed me so much kindness which feels rare. A smile and small talk goes a long way and this gym attracts some excellent people. I wish I lived in Kona so I could come here five days a week. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re thinking of getting a day pass, I recommend going for a weekly pass because you WILL want to come back!"
