"Unique and fascinating experience! Kachina lead us through a series of body movements and journaling exercises. It was fun and empowering. I especially loved the free flowing workout. I felt graceful and feminine. Kachina is an excellent fitness instructor. I also appreciated her ability to guide us to how to find our inner goddess! I left feeling lighter and empowered!!"

"I joined Kachina 6 wk Boot Camp program to strengthen, firm and lose weight not knowing anything about Pilates or wondered if I even could do this. She is very knowledgeable, focusing on deep floor muscle groups using slow movements and breath work. She changed up each session, made modifications where needed that was enough to break a sweat! By making healthy eating choices, walking in between classes, I lost 10 lbs, 11.5" feeling healthier, stronger and self assured that I will continue my healthy lifestyle. "Working out with Kachina has been a life changing experience. Still can’t believe I have no more low back pain. Other Pilates classes relieved the pain for a little, but Kachina was able to see exactly where I need to work to make permanent change. Her wide range of skills makes for the most fun and intuitive sessions. She’ll have me trembling doing affirmations on the reformer, then lighten it up with some cha-cha’s around the room. Kachina is my favorite personal instructor I’ve ever had. If you love Pilates, dance, yoga, tapping into your goddess power, then you have to experience Kachina. She’s THE BEST!!!"
