"HIDDEN GEM! Shhhhhh... First off, the responsiveness and customer service has been impeccable. Second, the people in the class and instructor were friendly and welcoming. Third, impressive SMART studio (which) I have never seen or heard of before. It works! And who would've thought of a self-service SMART studio. It is the most comfortable and clean yoga studio I have been to in a while. I am elated to have found my cozy yoga studio. I went last night for my first class there and fell in love. Did a 48ish degree cold plunge after class to top it off. Tucked away in Ewa/Kapolei. They also have a red light therapy room where you can hang out and get those benefits, too."

"I LOVED IT!! I’ve been to the Waikiki location and had a great time in hot yoga, but I really wanted to do the red light therapy and cold plunge, which is currently only available at the Ewa Beach location. The studio is smaller at Ewa, but it works as there aren’t a lot of people at once. I had 3 people in my class in total and the space was PERFECT. The red light is a vertical one where you will stand in front of the light like you would in front of a mirror. Total time for red light is 20 minutes and it will let you know when you reach the half way mark. The cold plunge is a large-enough tub in a private room. This facility has a bathroom/shower room which is great for rinsing off and showering after. My only wish is for the shower room to have soap/shampoo, and maybe a table to place your clothes/bag so that it is not on the floor. I will 100% be back and looking forward to incorporating this into my life."

"The studio is in a nice residential location with plenty of parking and although it's small, even with several people in the room there's enough space for everyone to participate in the classes. Catherine is amazing and made checking in a breeze, making sure I had everything I needed ready before getting there. She showed me around the studio when I arrived and explained how everything works. On top of taking the classes, you can also have red light therapy sessions, take a dip in the polar plunge tub, and/or have a machine scan your hand to tell you if you're getting enough nutrients or not! I was, unsurprisingly, not getting enough nutrients lol but Catherine set me up with some vitamins/supplements that you can get at the studio as well. Even if you do have a nutritious diet though, there's this juice supplement they have that's delicious and I recommend it. Overall, I've had an amazing experience here and hope to continue participating in the different classes!"

"What great customer service! After registering online, I was contacted by a staff member via txt that welcomed me to the studio. They asked me important details before I even arrived. I let them know that I needed a mat and towel rental and it was waiting for me when I got there. They also took my payment ahead of time making check in very convenient. The location is unique because it is in a residential/commercial location with lots of parking and super easy to get to. Thanks Catherine for the safe and specific corrections and the detailed instruction. I haven’t been able to find a traditional bikram method 90min yoga studio on this side of the island and to be in such a clean, cute boutique studio made me feel like it was a private class."
