"This studio is incredible! Friendly, comfortable, accommodating, a variety of classes and infrared heat! Showers, alkaline water, a cute boutique and most importantly, the owner and instructors! This seems like one of those "destination" studios - and if you live here you are super fortunate to have accessibility to this studio regularly. If you are visiting- YOU MUST put this on your "to do" list. When I travel, I enjoying checking out the communities favorites so I highly recommend it. The instructors/teachers are one of a kind, the way they instruct, their words, their cues - you'll be hooked."
"I woke up very early my first day in Kauai and decided to start the day with a hot yoga class. It was without a doubt, the best decision I made on the trip. It's a beautiful studio and has a very homey atmosphere. Garland is such an amazing person and not only made me feel welcomed/comfortable but gave me amazing tips on some hikes.
