"The thing is that no one really goes to that place on a daily basis, I honestly want it so alot of people come here to workout, get some cardio in, and other stuff like that, but no one really comes by that often on a day to day basis. That's just my opinion of it."

"It is an old community meeting place built during the 60's. Turned into an event hall. There is lots of parking but the center itself is small. This place needs more then a splash of paint. It needs a lot, lot, lot of TLC. if ur not going to hold a big event then this place is ok. In fact to me this would be option D."
