"You need to be a part of the Mililani Association group and be a resident of Mililani also. They will check your ‘Mililani association’ card upon check in. These people pay a monthly fee hence why it’s a PRIVATE park:) Very safe and kid friendly , lots of street parking & there’s a public park right next to it:) lots of luck!"
