"To think I have been dealing with this place since middle school and now 33. The rudeness of the people who picked up the phone is absolutely chaos. The nurses are always great! There is a certain person that is just heavily rude. The other comments have already said it I will be switching doctors due to the chaos and confusion and rudeness."
"I am to assume all the the 1 star reviews are old and this building has replaced majority of the front desk that caused all the negative reviews. I just started going here half a year ago and I've had no problems. Yes the wait can get long, but it's the same wait I've experienced at other medical facilities. The women I speak to on the phone are always helpful and kind. Once I needed to schedule an appointment but my regular doctor was out, so the assistant(?) asked if I would be okay seeing a backup doctor."
"OOH MY GOD ! So this place is incompetent. My mother has to beg and plead to get appointments for my baby brothers. The front desk are a some cackling old grumpy expired hags. They refuse to answer the phone 80% of the time. You cant get help or better. Their advice for a sick child is go to E. R. These people are crazy. My Doctor is good but the front desk is constantly running interference and playing games. They need psycological help. While they're at it they could get some training with communication filing faxing and learn proper etiquette over the telephone as well. When I am watching my mother stress out and my baby brothers being sick I am totally pissed. We literally have to have someone else on the phone with us every time we call these people and we have to document every single solitary thing and give it to our attorney at this point because they have consistently been trying to throw my baby brothers out of this clinic for no reason I am so mad."
"If this place could receive 0 Stars I would give them 0 Stars. My ringer medical is Kaiser and I needed a sports physical for my daughter waited over an hour and 40 minutes for an appointment that was less than 5 minutes. They're Macy was down and it was hot the fans didn't face the clients they face the people at the front desk. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to wait long and it's your last minute Resort."
"I am kind of surprised by all the other really negative reviews for here, since my experience with them has been nothing but positive. I've been going to see them for over a year now for various reasons, and there's been nothing to make me think of going to a different office. PROS: -They have always gotten me in for an appointment very quickly, with the exception of seeing the endocrinologist, which I had to wait for over a month (truly not surprising for that though). For example, when I called with breathing problems, they got me in the next day. - Genuine concern for my health. This is the first office I've been to where they actually listen to me, and discuss options. I've never had a doctor act like my opinion wasn't valued. - Prompt referrals when services are unavailable there. - work with (stand up for me!) with my insurance company when they're being punks and won't cover certain things. CONS - Long wait times for the front desk - average of about 3-5 minutes. - Old office - not as updated and fresh as some other clinics I have been to. - It is a STUDENT/TRAINING facility - you will most likely see someone new every couple visits (unless you wait to see specifically the doctor you want). I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing, since doctors have to learn with actual patients, and they are also "fresh" so they will be a little more in depth with you."
