When I got to the store she immediately knew who I was and had the item ready for me. Unfortunately I had got the wrong size and I was able to come and exchange with no issues. I had shopped at other designer brands at Ala Moana and have not received the amazing customer service that I did at Burberry I will definitely be returning."
