"I was referred to Jillian McAlear earlier this year after my first bout of vertigo. She responded right away and scheduled a time to see me the following day. Using her state-of-the-art technology she was able to identify and treat the cause of the vertigo. I was amazed and very grateful that the vertigo could be resolved so quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend Jillian to anyone having vertigo or dizziness issues. She is professional, warm, highly competent, and immediately creates a sense of safety. I so appreciate having such a great resource to refer to others!"

"Jillian did a fabulous job helping treat my episodes with vertigo. She helped me first learn all about the who, what, when, where and why of vertigo, then she put me through an arduous, but necessary, treatment program to help me deal with it. Since being treated by Jillian, I have not suffered any further episodes (knock on wood). I couldn't recommend her any higher. If you're suffering from episodes of vertigo, get with Jillian ASAP. "Jillian helped me more than I can say. I had a few bouts of vertigo and she came to the rescue. I so appreciated her assessment of the situation and precise method to help me with removing or moving crystals from my ear canals. I am so glad physical therapy has these specialties that can target neurological and balance issues. We are so fortunate to have her on Island. She even checked in with me to see how I was doing. "My husband recently got Vertigo right after recovering from Covid. His Physical therapist referred us to Jillian McAlear, Maui Nero PT. It was a Godsent. Jillian is very knowledgeable, through and kind. She detected the issues explained well and provided with great exercises to follow through. My husband is doing so much better, and I feel that he will fully recover by following her directions.
