PMI Maui

"I have booked with PMI Maui before and they do not disappoint! The pictures of 10-214 were accurate and the view of the ocean from the Lanai provided whale watching right from the condo! Matt is excellent to work with, extremely accommodating. Kamaole Sands is a gated property providing a sense of privacy and security. The large pool and hot tubs were great alternatives to the ocean, plenty of grills (cleaned daily) as well. The flowers and grounds are immaculate - providing a garden setting. With beach chairs provided in the condo, sunsets are just a walk across the street. Kam 2 and 3 are great beaches and Kihei Boat Ramp is a block away for easy access to snorkel and whale watch tours."

"Should point out that this is not a review of their properties. This is a review of my experience working with them through a cancellation due to the Maui fires. I informed PMI that I would like to cancel my honeymoon stay 7 weeks before my reservation. They told me to hang tight while they evaluated the situation and 5 weeks went by without any word. I reached out only to find out that they are offering no refunds. I am out the entire amount of my stay and there was zero willingness to work with me on any sort of partial refund. Just an extremely disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend working with this company."

"Our stay was over Aug/Sept of 2022 over the Labor Day holiday. Similar to another reviewer - I originally found PMI Maui on Airbnb, but used PMI Maui's actual website to direct book with them. Our group was 2 adults + our 3-yr-old along with 2 grandparents. We stayed at the Kamaole Sands 6-406 which was on the 4th floor and had a view of the pool. Matthew from PMI was helpful and responsive, and we were very happy with our rental unit. The condo was clean, recently renovated and looked exactly as pictured. Check-in and check-out were easy. Matthew was even able to get us checked in an hour earlier thanks to the previous renters leaving early in the morning and coordinating with the cleaning crew. Would absolutely use PMI Maui again - thanks for a wonderful trip!"

"Our recent stay in Kamaole Sands 6–401 exceeded our expectations. The condo was well appointed, comfortable, clean, and one of the best locations in the resort. We had ocean, mountain, pool, and garden views. The sunsets from the large lanai were spectacular. The beach is right across the street and included with the condo is everything you need for the beach; chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkelling gear. This condo sleeps six comfortably. The beds were comfortable and I have to say that the sheets were the softest I have ever experienced. Sunrise coffee on the lanai was peaceful and enchanting. The resort was very well-maintained and the manicured gardens were beautiful. I give this condo 5 out of 5 stars!"
