"Great location. Across from a bakery, coffee shop, Gelato, several restaurants and snorkel rentals. 2 min walk to beach. Our suite (privately owned) had everything we needed including beach umbrellas. Other suites will vary but the rooftop BBQs were high quality."
"Staying here was like travelling back in time to my grandmother's house. Dim, dreary, yellow. Lights were an afterthought, utilizing old dusty lamps throughout. You can see where they realized they needed ceiling fans and just put the wiring outside the walls. The air conditioner was jammed in the wall some 20 years ago. It leaks into a bucket on the balcony that we needed to empty every couple hours or it would flood the carpeted balcony. We didn't realize this until the entire balcony carpet was soaked, and it stayed soaked the entire weeklong stay. Maintenance came to fix it, but then it just leaked in a different place all week. Most of the electrical sockets were about ready to crumble when you plugged anything in. You had to jiggle the plug just right to get the electric to work. The place came with half a roll of toilet paper and no hand soap. Great. The bedroom in the front of the place got no air flow and the air conditioning would not reach it, so it just stayed 80+ all day and night. Aside from these things, it was in good proximity to nice beaches and places to shop or eat. Would not stay here again."
"A really nice vacation complex. Each unit is privately owned which makes every unit unique. There are roosters that start around 2:00am which is fairly annoying but after a week you may get used to them and finally sleep through the night. Really close to Cam 1 and eateries. Sushi, fish and chips, coffee, and if you're looking for a tattoo they have that too. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area is always clean and inviting. On the 7th floor there are two grills and an amazing community patio to eat dinner, watch the sunset, or stars. The "manager" of the grounds was very friendly and knowledgeable, thank you Bob for helping us."
"The room was clean with everything we needed, and the owners were communicative. The balcony had lots of room for sorting and enjoying the beach. I appreciated the recycling right by the elevators on our floor. Parking spots are tight, and the elevator was slow and often crowded."
"Great view of a great beach. West facing so you get sunsets year round. Close to food and things you need. Affordable for what else you get given the view. Pool is good and always meticulously maintained. Each unit is different though so keep that in mind. Some places are older and dated, others are very well kept and updated. Also has a top-level community area. Best deal on the island since its free, has a great view, and an exceptional communal double BBQ space that is always clean."
