"I must say, Coach Oleksii is truly outstanding, and the team is incredibly adaptable. When I initially enrolled in the program, I was swimming at a rate of 145 minutes per 100 meters for 500 meters, but I encountered a plateau and needed some extra guidance. After a few sessions with Coach Oleksii and diligently following the training plan he crafted, I successfully trimmed my time down to 1 minute and 35 seconds per 100 meters for 500 meters, all thanks to improving my technique.
