"This is about summer camp and classes for Grade 6 and above. Japan's nursery school situation. Most of the staff who looked after us were volunteers, mostly Japanese and a few Korean, and many were Asian students. I have a lot of free time, and I spend 1 hour in the morning and 2-3 hours after activities and lunch as I like. A DVD will be shown for about an hour before the show ends, with Japanese dubbing and English subtitles. The staff members are chatting among themselves or using their smartphones and are not looking at the children. It seems like they will play if you call out to them. When I went to pick them up in the evening, the children were killing time aimlessly and chatting in Japanese. The staff does not pay attention to the use of Japanese. Looking at the high evaluations of regular schools, it is disappointing that there is a huge gap between them and summer camps. I don't recommend it, but the tuition fee can be reduced."
"Beautiful and functional main campus entry hall including St. Andrew's Priory classrooms, faculty offices, outdoor seating and open air areas to breathe. Hall area exits into the greenery of Queen Emma Square with Emalani Garden at the far end."
"This is a wonderful gem of a school tucked away in downtown Honolulu. I have 2 girls who have been given many amazing opportunities academically (including trips to the mainland and Cambodia through their Model UN and Global Girls program), and through sports both at the school and through Pac-5. There is extremely supportive faculty and staff that are always available. I have happy kids that come home at the end of the day! Truly, they have created a global vision of our community and world."
"The Preschool is an amazing school. The teachers are fantastic and the learn though play philosophy is great to help nurture a love of learning! Not to mention they have an amazing outdoor green space!"
