"If you are looking for a property manager look elsewhere. If you are desperate enough to rent from Hawaiis4me carefully document everything. The women running Hawaiis4me have clearly established a habit of fraud, negligence and disregard. The unit I rented was dilapidated. The kitchen sink leaked causing water damage to the floors. Some electrical outlets didnt work. The linoleum tile in the bathroom were simply arranged on the floor and never secured or installed. The stove coils were covered in grease and caught on fire the first time I went to use it. Imagine my surprise when I retrieved the fire extinguisher and noticed it was last serviced in 1987! The agent I dealt with, Margaret Tigue is a disgrace to licensed professionals everywhere and should be stripped of her license. After signing and submitting my property condition form she took it on herself to edit and change my notes. Thankfully after seeing the condition of the unit I rented my trust was diminished and I photo copied this form before returning it to her office. Conflicting comments were added in a different handwriting and ink color, my initials were absent for these amendments. It took going to court, filing complaints with the DCAA and Hawaii Real Estate Commission, and waiting 18 months to get my security deposit back. If you or a loved one feel you have been taken advantage of my Hawaiis4me or any of their employees I urge you to file formal complaints. We need to stand together to protect our community from brazen slum lords. Karma will deal with you you Hawaiis4me. Shame on you."
