"Absolutely terrible. Do not utilize these services for purchasing nor property management as it’s a decision you’ll regret. The broker Mark Guagliardo should not be licensed. He has grossly mishandled and withheld rent and deposits, which is a legal offense. He intentionally does not reply to correspondences, complicates processes, and above all else does not act in good faith. For the rent and security deposits, he’s taken now six months to comply and funds are still not fully returned."

"Really seems like they’re in over their heads, or not truthful with clients. Contacted them about a property, viewed it 2 days later then crickets for 2 weeks as they “got the paperwork together” for an application. When they finally had us apply, they said they were scheduling an open house 6 days before the 1st of the month. Grumpy phone service, lackluster communication skills, would advise to stay away."

"This team feels highly arrogant. I was interested in using their service until it became unprofessional. Apparently they do so much business that they don't have time for people. He is quoted saying "there are a lot of Mai Tai buyers and tire kickers out there", and that they were unwilling to schedule showings without a loan pre-approval. I haven't even met them one time face to face, and they want my loan pre-approval. To know my finances before we even start? How do I know if I even trust them at this point. This is like going to a used car lot, where they ask you about your finances before they show you cars. This is the oldest strategy in the book. I just can't believe that they seem to have the courage do this openly, when its extraordinarily arrogant. They seem to have a lot to learn about people."
