"Unit C304 is amazing!!! Everything you could ask for in a Maui vacation rental! 1/2 block from the ocean… ocean views, large bedroom with king size bed, with pullout couch bed. I living room. Comfortably holds 2 couples. Full kitchen built in filtered water, full size laundry and dryer!!! Lots of cooking amenities, A real plus (pots, pans, even a rice cooker… anything you might need). Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, pickle ball rackets, tennis, etc! A must stay location! Access to pool and hot tub on site and private. Easy walking distance to just about anything you need (restaurants, shopping, health food store. rental things, etc). Includes high speed internet, dvd, large screen tv etc. if it gets hot… AC is on tap. We did not need to use it as simply opening a window and lanai’s slider."

"Nice condo complex located in the heart of it all. You can walk 1/2 a block to a nice beach and there are many, many dining choices the same distance. The pool and hot tub are popular gathering spots. Clean and well maintained."

"Location is excellent. Parking in the back also has a small car wash, which is really nice to have. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. I wouldn't necessarily recommend if you have younger kids that like to swim in the pools. The pool rules include:no toys. No noise, etc. Understandable since the pool is surrounded by condos, but good to know. Our condo had a small ocean view and two Lani's, which we nice."

"Very nice place. Really clean, may find an occasional roach here and there but if one is clean shouldn't have an issue. The pool area is nice and clean, rather quiet as well. Made good use of the grilling area as well, very conveniently located in the back of the pool area. Not sure about all the rooms but we had a really nice view from ours. Would absolutely come back if the opportunity presents itself. The beach is a stone throw as well."
