"Parking stall so small you can't even park a compact without having to climb out your window. Don't even try if you have the stall next to the dumpsters. Management will never have a face to face with you, they'll just leave notes on your door when you aren't home. Management will not confirm if the complaint is even true, they'll just give you a fine. Landscapers are nice though."
"Live there three years Got a good Dog loving animal loving people there The management Was way below par They weren't very professional But the Landscaping crew And the maintenance people did a really good job. Close to beach and they have a really nice dog park. There is never enough parking bit you get use to that in Hawaii."
"Just got a contract for a charming apartment at Kihei Villages. I like that they don't cut the flowers, keep the condo fees down and have enough parking. Also, nice residents and management!"
"Decent condominiums, all same floor plan and layout, 1st or 2nd floor. Ground units have small yards. No pool or activities. Same design and less HOA stress than South point."
