"Not a resident. Only visited. The whole building is infested with roaches. Sinks and toilets are constantly backing up or leaking. This place is disgusting!!"

But we reached out online submitted our application and within 24 hours Danielle was already communicating directly with us, assisting with the processing and answering questions so quickly. A process that should have caused a complete meltdown turned into a pleasant experience and we look forward to joining the Waterfront community. Me and my husband are very grateful and blessed to live in this complex. Danielle is awesome at management and open communication! All our maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner, questions answered, and our home is in great condition. The courtyard is thoroughly maintained, and even has BBQ pits for grilling. This is a very family orientated, SAFE community. There is a beach less than 10 minutes walking distance, a mall, and conveniently close grocery stores nearby, along with fast food places. Great breezes, steady flow of wind and convenient apt. layout. Our favorite thing to do, is look out at the butterflies in the morning and drink coffee before work. #ButterflySanctuary Thank you Waterfront for choosing our application. "We've lived here going on 4 years. Danielle Kanekoa has been great. She's kind, listens, is reasonable and follows up! The renovated laundry room is cheerful and the new machines are great. I wish the meeting room would reopen but this is a good place to live."

"Danielle Kanekoa and the team are wonderful! We lived at the Waterfront Apartments for a year before moving to the Mainland. We lived at a few apartments and we got to say that this was one of the great place to live. The rent is reasonable since it includes cable and WiFi. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this place."
