"Our family of 13 ages 4 months to 77 years spent Thanksgiving week at an Exotic Estates Maui villa. It could not have been any more perfect. The house, the location, the amenities, the views... everything was spectacular. Along with our 3 sons and their partners were 5 grandsons aged 6yr to 4 months. The boys ran until they were tired, swam and just had a grand time. Exotic Estates was a superb company to do business with and we would highly recommend them. Role models for good customer service. They had great suggestions. The property manager was more than accommodating and we really appreciated it. So many memories were made at this great property. Our family is already planning our next adventure and Exotic Estates will certainly be a part. Aloha and Mahalo"

"Paradise With a View. Didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back! This beautifully designed home provided gracious accommodation for our memorable stay in paradise. We loved the layout of the entire property which includes a main house with two bedrooms, a gorgeous guest villa adjacent to the garage structure and a beautiful casita attached to the outdoor kitchen/bar area. Every guest had luxurious comfort and privacy, including in the lovely outdoor shower areas adjacent to each suite (arguably a highlight with everyone!). The views from the property are extraordinary! Perched in the hills above Lahaina, you look out from the home down to the coastline and ocean across to Lanai. We would sit with our coffee in the morning and spot whales from our lawn chairs. Perfectly mild weather day and night allowed us to spend most of our time in the tremendous exquisitely-landscaped outdoor living spaces with comfortable seating areas and a sensational pool with attached hot tub (generous even for six) from which we we would toast every picture-perfect sunset. The property is thoughtfully appointed with everything we could need to enjoy our stay; there is a calm and peace to this home - much Aloha. This villa's gourmet kitchen and fantastic outdoor grill and bar area enabled us to prepare some delicious meals and cocktails; but close proximity to Lahaina, and the generous offering of fabulous local restaurants, afforded us the opportunity to enjoy incredible dining spots. Special thanks to Caleb, our property host, who made us feel very welcome and made sure we were well looked after with everything from guidance on the features of the villa, beach and activity suggestions, and restaurant tips. Note: Favourite hot-tub sunset cocktail was our Maui Mule: Coconut Rum, Ginger Beer and lots of lime over ice!"

"Private and an amazing pool The property is a gated residence about 15 minutes before Lahaina. It’s set up against the mountain, so you have a view of the ocean from the back yard, which was perfect for sunsets. The outdoor living space was perfect with three sitting areas, along with the dining area. The main pod consists of the kitchen, sitting room and the Master bedroom en-suite. The second pod was another bedroom, sitting area, bathroom and outside shower. The third area with three spaces included a full bathroom, office with large TV, and laundry room. A converted garage was a third bedroom without a bathroom. Everyone on the booking team were fabulous. Excellent communication and service. A great experience and met our expectations. Just a couple things to be addressed were: the loveseat in the main pod sitting area is “tired” and the French door curtain in the garage bedroom needs to be replaced."

"Most beautiful place we've ever stayed. Ocean views, lush landscaping, heated pool, attached hot tub, and house is very well stocked. Only thing that kept us from giving a 5 star rating was problems with hot tub and fridge."

"Thinking of going on a special vacation with a group of you closest friends? Where can you find a luxurious destination rental for this special trip? Exotic Estates is the only name you need to know. This company is the real deal. Air BnB doesn't really cut it for a full on luxury vacation. We stayed in Maui at the most amazing 4 bedroom house. The kitchen was fully stocked (and labeled) with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils etc needed to cook a full meal (even had a pro waffle iron). Plus a grill by the pool, which was used several times on our stay. The estate had a massive back yard complete with a gorgeous pool with a Jacuzzi attached (fully stocked with beach towels, floaty toys and even sun block and bug spray), a soft hammock for napping, a fire pit that looks out to the Island of Lanai for day and night time hanging out, plenty of pool chairs, a carved wood outdoor lounger bed and a nice big table for eating by the pool. The house is fully equipped (each room) with a Sonos sound system the can easily be connected and controlled through the Sonos App (that you can download to any smart phone) so you can play your favorite tunes in any or all rooms during your stay. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, walk in closet, nice soft bed with soft sheets and air conditioning/fan control so you can set the optimum temperature and fan for the perfect sleep. We didn't even go to the beach... didn't need to... this house was a dream come true. I will definitely be using (and recommending) Exotic Estates next time I plan a luxury trip."
