"This company cancelled a property showing 15 minutes before the agreed time because they had a signed lease. They could have let me know earlier that they had a verbal agreement with another tenant, but they decided to wait to inform me just to make sure they had a tenant finalized. They knew I was driving from over an hour away for the appointment. Essentially they used me as a back up in case their other tenant fell through, and purposely wasted my time. If this is representative of how they respect their tenants, I would certainly never rent a property managed by Avatina. They clearly value their own time more than their tenants."
