"Most units are individually owned and either lived in by owner or rented out. It has diverse tenants. Ranging in age from young to old. Military families, professional families and individuals. Pet friendly. Staff are very friendly and grounds and buildings are well taken care of. Security is great as well. Within walking distance of shops and places to eat, workout, and take the bus. Beaches are fairly close and easy to get to. Also has a pool and a nice courtyard with areas to host small events, barbecue areas and a small play area for the little ones. This is a nice place in a happening Kailua where the community is awesome and offers a a wide range of things."

"THIS PLACE RATES BELOW A 1 BECAUSE THATS HOW AWFUL IT IS!!!!!!! DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU ARE UNDER 60!!!!!! This is the WORST place I have ever lived in my entire life!!! Also make sure if you truly want to live here you'll read this all the way through because I got screwed on my place. I was paying 2,400 for a small apartment, with 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, then I started talking to some neighbor's and they got there place for 1,700. Okay so I deffinatly got taken advantage of. I lived here for 8 months and during those 8 months I had multiple noise complaints against my apartment for things I didn't even have!!!! I got complaints about my screaming baby ( I just graduated college and way to young to have kids) but every week security would be at my door telling me to control my child when I don't even have one!!! Multiple times I had security come into my apartment and prove to them that I don't have a child. I also got multiple complaints about my dog. Hmm last time I checked my dog Molly is dead in the ground and my other dog lives in RI with my parents!!! So stop sending security to my apartment and people, don't come to my apartment and tell me that I have an agrevissive dog when my chocolate lab is dead and my golden isn't even on Island!!! Also as a young person, you will have crazy blonde old ladies from upstairs trying to kick you out of your own apartment for vacuuming at 1pm in the afternoon because it's your only day off and you work 2 jobs!!! My apartment was full of cockroaches ants and geckos, no matter how much I sprayed, or tried to prevent them from coming in, they were everywhere, ants were all over our clothes because this place doesn't do it's own preventive measures to keep bugs out!!! This place targets young people and they target military families!!! I had 2 military roommates and security was always at our door because they got "noise complaints" I never complained about the screaming baby that keeps me up or the dog fights down hall!!! Well after getting another noise complaint WHEN IM NOT EVEN THERE AND NO ONE IS IN MY APARTMENT BOTH MY ROOMATES ARE DEPLOYED!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW I KNOW THAT THIS PLACE TARGETS YOUNG PEOPLE!!!!!! GUSS WHAT?!?!? IM IN RI ON MY WAY TO A FUNERAL!!!!!! AND MY APARTMENT GOT A NOISE COMPLAINT WHEN NO ONE IS THERE!!!!!! DON'T LIVE HERE EVER!!!!"
