"Very well maintained property with great staff! Views of the ocean and beach are the best I have seen anywhere. The beach next door is rarely busy, but has some of the best surfing and snorkeling spots while avoiding the busy tourism. In one day you can spot, dolphin, seal, whale, turtles, and fish ...right from your balcony. With the Thai food truck within walking distance, shopping nearby, and plenty of activities, this is an absolute gem of a location."

"The unit we rented, #502, was impressively clean. The building is on the beach and is perfect for swimming The lanai has an amazing view of the ocean scenery and surfers. Private pool is always cleaned. People in the vicinity are friendly which made us feel at home. The place is secure cameras are everywhere.. I would love to stay in the same condo when I come back to Hawaii."

"I live on the ocean-side, but can also see the beach just by looking to the left. It literally feels as if I am on the water, as there is only a man-made stone wall, which keeps the surf from washing the building away. If you want to experience a relaxing time and be on the water, this is the place to be in Oahu. Of course, it is as far away from Honolulu as you can possibly be, but that is not a bad thing in my opinion. It is nice to read other reviews that say the building looks just as it did back in the 1970's. The Community Manager, and the Security Guards are super friendly and helpful. I love this place. It is like being on vacation every single day. I go to bed hearing the waves crash and wake up to the sounds of the ocean, which literally sounds like it is coming in my apartment. The grounds and the building have been kept up very nicely for it to be such an older building, and it is so quiet at night, especially on the ocean-side. I never hear anything after dark."

"Great little condo complex, good location away from the crowds. The complex itself is a series of individual owned units. 'Facilities' are limited - there's no gym, there's no BBQ. There is a small pool and laundry room. However the main plus point is it's location - right on the rocky outcrop overlooking the sea and Makaha Beach. Unit #1's 1-10 are going to overlook the beach, unit 11 will be 'primo' on the corner. We had #12 and looked to the sea, but could look out and see the beach. Units >#12 are going to have sea views. The location is perfect for sitting on the lanai and watching the surfers, or the sunset. You could also sunbathe directly on your lanai, but you're only 2 minutes from the beach itself. The one downside is the area itself. Other than the beach, there's nothing walkable, you'll be in your car for trips to restaurants, the grocery store, or further afield. But if you're looking for quiet, it's great! I took particular interest in the number of nagging signs that they had in the complex telling you not to do stuff. In reality the complex manager is quite cool, and you'll find most complexes have similar signs."
