Illegal car towing from the parking lot, hurting a lot of people. Infestation of roaches is unreal. Now management utilizing that to create income, making the tennants pay for fumigation instead of utilizing the extra funds from capital fund and excess accounts for that as require. As for security there is none. No clear on their purpose here. Bicycles are stolen daily and nothing is done about it."
