"My wife and I live in California but we own a second home in Kauai Island, Hawaii, which is currently a long-term rental. When we were looking for a property management company we received some referrals but our first property management company turned out to be overpriced in repairs and dishonest in their estimates. We ended up parting on not-so-good terms. However, we were lucky to find another property management company, RPM Island Professionals, which specializes in long-term rentals and has done an outstanding job for us so far. Brian Pearson, the company president, is a hard-working, honest, and approachable manager who provides a superb service for us around the clock. I know I can personally contact him any time and discuss problems or concerns and that he will take care of them immediately. RPM Island Professionals repair charges are more reasonable than our previous management’s quotes and they never suggest any unnecessary repairs. They have taken excellent care of our property as well as tenants, so we don’t have to deal with them ourselves.
