They pay and file the property and rental taxes as well as any other monthly bills so we don't have to think about it. The monthly accounting comes on time and is correct. This year we had to replace the septic tank and they coordinated the whole thing, with the contractor and neighbor who was sharing the bill. It was a lot of work, but was easy because of them!
