"Complete with everything you need to get strong, stay fit, and have fun. Always clean, always friendly. A great range of classes? Clean showers, hydro massage, the list goes on. They seem to be committed to adding more and offering more. Their trainer Grace Barga is a GEM, super experienced, exceptional in movement patterns and helping people accomplish more than just standard muscle building and body shaping. But if that’s your thing, she’s amazing there too, currently a competitive body builder who slays local shows. Also, she’s funny and smart. Highly recommend the facility and the staff."

"Friendly, clean, local gym with great hours and a helpful staff full of great trainers. Specifically, Nelson Enos has helped me get stronger and upped my mental fitness. I have a daily bus commute from Hilo so figuring out WHEN and WHERE to work out during days that start at 3:45 am and end at 9:00 pm, has been challenging. So much so that over the last year I gained 30 pounds. As a former athlete, seeing my body change so dramatically and feeling powerless to fix it was discouraging. Enter my amazing, dedicated, funny, and knowledgeable trainer, Nelson. From the get go, Nelson was eager to hear my story, learn more about my WHY, and create/facilitate a plan that worked for both of us. Nelson keeps up with me virtually, tweaks my lifting workouts when things get too easy/too hard, modifies things that aren't working, and most of all, is a great listener and encourager.
