"Ester was very helpful and took a lot of time helping me with the selection of my new NFL line of glasses. She told me about the additional warranty program that was available that would pay for repairs after a $20, one-time payment to establish the warranty, then just.a $40 deductible for each claim. But when she was ringing up the purchase she discovered that these glasses, for some reason, didn’t qualify for the plan. Ester took more time to try to find out but was unable to do so. We just figured that the NFL line didn’t have a contract with the plan. So she took more time to figure out how I could get this coverage and customizing the lenses seemed like the only way, but since that would be a special order I would not get the sunglasses until after our vacation and I wanted them now while on vacation so I just went ahead and purchased them without the extended warranty plan."
