Imagination Station Early Learning Center - Russell 2488 East Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89120

"All I want to ask is why is there so many bad reviews with imagination stations? Can anyone please help me to understand, I am seeking to possibly use this childcare, but so puzzled how you managed to have such poor google reviews. This is not a joke ( you are taking care of our children and grandchildren). I would appreciate anyone’s comments and thank you in advance for your time. My grandkids did not end up going there, did not trust they could care for my kids with care. My grandkids are not a pay check, it takes a special person to care for little ones."

"They give you a packet to fill out & take to the doctor , then when you return , they somehow have no room for your child. Waste of time ."

"I called for just the weekly rate tuition and was told this couldn’t be provided over the phone and would need to meet with the director, Anna. I asked to speak to the director and not only did she answer the phone with attitude, but when I explained my work situation and that I would not be able to come in for a tour during the week, she popped a whole dang attitude and refused to give me any type of tuition over the phone instead of working with a parent in need! If the director themselves have an attitude with parents inquiring and can’t work with them over the phone, that is no place where I want my child to be! If that’s the Director, I can only imagine how the staff would’ve been towards my child. I made it very clear she had a horrible attitude! I can see why they only have three stars, glad I didn’t take my child there!"

"I have two children that attend this daycare, now the daycare itself is really nice. the front desk staff is nice but not properly trained. the Director claims to have over 20 years experience with childcare but has a poor attitude and can be very rude when be asked questions. The "teachers are untrained young adults that do not pay attention to what they're doing, I'm constantly given an empty backpack because they have misplaced my sons things or just put them in someone else's backpack ( wipes, pull ups, changes of clothes, blankets) For a place that expects you the parent to provide everything they should be more careful with the kids items. they will not replace the item that they lost of gave away. There billing department is unorganized and charging wrong amounts not charging enough, currently i am being charged a large amount of money on top of my weekly rate due to there mistake that they refuse to make right. please think twice about enrolling your children here"

"My son likes the teachers and he like the place very much but I couldn't keep up with the attitude of the frontdesk man there. And when I asked nicely for his name or his manager i didn't get an answer,and then he told me he is the boss witch is impossible to be a boss with this attitude.so I ask for anyone to complain to just anyone to listen to me even if I'm wrong. Anyway nice place with bad front desk."
