"If I could rate this child care a zero-star rating, it would be a fitting reflection of my experience there, which I can only describe as the worst experience I've ever encountered. The advertised operating hours and services on the website proved inaccurate. The provider contacted me with less than a two-hour notice, requesting that I pick up my child, all while explaining she had forgotten to inform me earlier. When I sought further information, the provider displayed frustration, insisting that other parents who had been in the program longer were well aware of these hours. The implication was that they had been able to pick up their children at the time requested, and the provider had managed to inform them adequately in advance. Before enrolling, I had taken great care to confirm the hours with the provider, emphasizing the significance of time management. This was due to my impending job change and the absence of child assistance. The provider explicitly confirmed that the hours aligned with the website's listings. However, my frustration peaked when the provider contacted me after hours on a Friday, unilaterally and abruptly declining services via text message. This starkly contrasted with our prior conversation, where I had communicated my inability to pick up my child, given my new job's demands and my need to prove my work performance. People must be made aware of the tremendous inconvenience this provider may cause. The discrepancies in the service description have severe implications for individuals like me who are trying to provide for their children. I want to let you know that effective communication is paramount in these situations. I had expressed my need for a safe, structured, and consistent environment for my two-year-old, which I unfortunately did not receive from this provider. This situation could have been handled in a better and more professional way on the provider's end, but it was not. Had the provider stated the non-apparent concerns that she had leading up to her ending services with me, we could have effectively communicated on a professional level and figured out a way to move forward. I have no ill will towards this provider and her business. Still, I would not recommend services with this provider if you would like consistency, transparency, respect, and a genuine provider to care for your child."

"My wife and I love this newly opened daycare place for our 3 year old son Toby . Ms. Dinusha is very kind and patient with the kids and has a teaching and tutoring background of 13+ years . We looked at a couple places before we found this gem , which is also conveniently located across the street from where our old two kids attend at Mark fine elementary school. If you're looking for a nice clean facility with a teacher that truly is experienced and loves what she does then you will look no further. Book a tour and see for it yourself . "I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Dinusha for over 3 years when she was teaching in California. She was my then 3 yr old grandson’s teacher. To say she was amazing is an understatement. She was not only amazing and patient with this age group but this is who taught my grandson and developed his love for math and reading. What he learned in her classroom was impressive. He was reading and doing math in his first year with her. Her passion and love for children is her drive and it shows. I have no doubt that children and their parents will love Ms. Dinusha at her new school in Nevada as we did in California . I recommend her X100"
