"Definitely not five stars. I’ve been in three times and had a one star experience every time. I will not be back. I bought a $250 electronic rig that has a completely dead battery and will not hold a charge. When I went into return, I was questioned at every step, and they did not believe me that the battery would not charge and they wanted to charge it for two hours before they would process a refund. Which would mean that I would have to come back. Obviously that is not going to work. After lots of haggling they did the return and I bought something else. When I got home that item was broken because it was not packed properly. Save your time and go to one of the many other options!"

"I cameacross this hearty smoke shop looking to see which 1's were gonna be open over this holiday and besides being veteran led and the only one with a 5 star rating in vegas. They were not only the closet to where I live but hands down the best prices and variety of unique items that no other smoke shop has!
