"Although they couldn’t see my pet immediately, Ali veterinary Hospital staff was in regular contact with me and gave me instructions on how to take care of him. Dr. Fine is a very thorough and gentle veterinarian.! My Maka received excellent care."
"I had been an extremely loyal All'i Vet customer for my cats and dogs for over 20 years. However, they now REFUSE TO SEE MY ANIMALS all because they were UNABLE TO ACCEPT VALID CRITICISM!! Several years ago when they were still requiring customers to sit in their parking lot due to Covid restrictions and before I took off for a 7 month-long trip, I wrote detailed instructions to the vet specifically stating my timeline and the exams' objectives for my dog & cat. After their exams, the vet (Dr. Maria) made zero attempt to communicate with me, so I assumed all went well. Then, several days later when I was literally on the runway for my trip, I received an email from Dr. Maria that my cat needed additional testing! WHAT??? I can't do a thing about that NOW! I responded with "Jeez Louise" as the most explicative used in my email. Then, later that year when I returned, my elderly cat needed urgent care. I must have left over 20 messages. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. When I finally got thru, I expressed extreme frustration and tried to tell them their phone system did not work. Then ... "We can see him in 30 days!" "What??? He'll be dead in 30 days!" There was zero attempt to see him sooner NOR ANY COMPASSION SHOWN. THIS WAS AFTER THEY HAD CARED FOR HIM HIS ENTIRE LIFE!! UNBELIEVABLE!! The next thing I know, I get an email from Dr. Aaron stating they will no longer see me nor any of my animals ever again WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION NOR ATTEMPT TO HEAR ME MY SIDE OF THE STORY! Oh Wow! After 20 years as their loyal customer!?! I was stunned! I was now without a vet when I was desperate for one! Do you know how hard it is to get in with a new vet here??? Big Island has a vet shortage and they know this! OMG!!! I FOUND THIS TO BE EXTREMELY CRUEL! I was furious! And yes my cat died. It has taken me til now to write this review as the whole thing was so hurtful! SO MUCH FOR THEIR CARE FOR ANIMALS AS IT'S CLEARLY TAKES A BACK SEAT TO PROTECTING THEIR FRAGILE EGOS! Good luck to you if you go there as I guess you'll need to walk on egg shells and kiss the ring!"
"Compassionate, loving and highly skilled team. Every doctor and the entire staff is wonderful beyond words. They have cared for our four dogs with the upmost professional, loving care. We trust them completely."
"Horrible! We took our cat Buddy there for emergency due to an horrible injury we thought he might have gotten from being hit by a car. We later found out that it wasn’t an injury but most likely an incurable cancer so the hard decision was made to put him down. We wanted to have him cremated and have his ashes come home. They said they would call us the following week to have his ashes picked up. The week came and went. We made calls to find out what was taking so long with no answers. Finally they called back only to tell us that they did the paperwork wrong and his ashes was lost. This is a member of our family and the fact that they made careless mistakes with paperwork goes to show how careless they are. Do yourself a favor, if you want your fur babies ashes deal directly with the crematorium company. That way you leave no chance of having someone else making errors and losing your chance to have your family members ashes home with you."
"Dr. Beth, Dr. Aaron, Dr. Maria All have saved my dog's life more than once. I can't say enough about them. I am sure there must be other doctors there that are fantastic also but these are the doctors that have helped us so much. The rest of the staff that works there is very kind and helpful. We trust them all with our baby's life."
