"I purchased a whip cream dispenser from here as soon as I got home I tried to make some whip cream and the CO 2 canisters would not fit so I call him and tell him it's not working and tell him I'm coming down he has the door locked comes up and says there's no returns or exchange and refuses to even look at the product and see for himself it does not work N he said that I was trying to threaten him I asked him how did I threaten him and his response were all sales are final so I said well I didn't say that you did and even if I said that that's not a threat"

"Some things are a little overpriced, but you can haggle with the guys, and even get some combo deals or just settle at a good price in general. They also have a wide variety of whip cream chargers (N2O) at reasonable prices as well. The owners will let you hold and look at anything you're thinking of buying to feel the piece out and see if you want it or not. There are loads of pieces in here and the owners don't mind you just having a look around. Also bring cash if you intend on buying. Cash works wonders when negotiating prices. This is my favorite headshop in reno."
