"Overall, it was very beautiful work! They delivered the flowers on time! I ordered a tropical bridal bouquet, I included 6 different inspiration photos for my bouquet (the main focal point of my order) & a description of what I wanted. The downside & why I only gave 4 stars, I don't like lack of communication in what they are planning on doing, I wasn't given updates (I booked their services a year in advance) but when it came closer to the wedding I reached out to confirm what the most important features in my bouquet- the cascading orchid (I included a photo when I booked their service), I was told they used a different photo as inspiration for my bouquet. I was able to pay the upgrade to add this feature but if I hadn't taken the initiative to follow up I would have had a much different bouquet than what I thought I ordered by using the cascading orchid photo in my inspiration photos. I think the communication of what they are planning can be improved. I would have gladly paid the fee in the beginning, I never questioned the price. My invoice said orchids, so I assumed that included all the orchids I included in my sample pics, I don't know the different types of orchids. I also ordered flowers to be added to my hair. They provided several choices that match my bouquet, of course, I chose orchids. The boutonnieres were very beautiful, they used orchids. My mom had a corsage matching my bouquet-perfect size, not too big. Mine & my husband's leis were very beautifully made. I ordered a haku for my trash the shoot the day after my wedding-picked it up. Held up nicely and was able to do 2 photoshoots with it."

"This review is a long time coming January 11, 2020 my daughter (Hamilton/Banderob) was married at Merrimans and Bella Blooms made the most beautiful floral arrangements I thought I could only dream of. My daughter picked purple a grandmothers favorite color and teal. Bella Blooms turned those colors into a gorgeous site! Her bouquet was stunning! I was not surprised to see they have perfect ratings! You have NO worries hiring these people everyday on my screen saver I see pics of my kids weddings and when I see the purple and teal orchids I get a wonderful feeling all over again! Sounds like I'm overdoing it ,,,believe me I'm not!!! Thank you Bella Blooms. I wouldn't have kept calling you so much had I known how great you are. So once you hire them you can pretty much relax TRUST ME!"
