"I bought a 17X30 Superpool from Splash Superpools couple months ago. Had a couple install issues but I'm so grateful and appreciate the Owner Mr. Denis O'Leary for coming to my rescue! He changed things that needed to be changed, corrected things that needed to be corrected...The manager in the store, Marcello is so nice and understanding and very easy to talk to. "I have never had such horrible service in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for an aanalysis of my pool water and was told it would take 20 to 30 minutes to get it tested. No one else was in the store and the guy was playing on the computer. This test usually takes about 1 or 2 minutes. When I said something about it he told me to get my water tested somewhere else if I didn't like it. Guess what? I'm taking my businesses somewhere else."
