"The woman who works as a prevention loss she was keeps telling the cashier that she can't do that and there. She also threatened the cashier to send her home. I told that woman that she needed to leave the cashier alone and she needed to focus her job title being prevention loss. She is so rude she was telling people what to do. That's not her job to do that. The atmosphere was neutral working in a place where everyone is toxic workers will never be happy."

"Today I did a return. It wasn't any problem. I found what I wanted and used my store credit to do it. I could have had my credit card credited. I'm We love Ross Dress for Less. We purchased two large luggage with double wheels for $70 each. Great deals here. They don't have everything but what they do have is at a great price. We didn't go on Tuesday which we would have received a 10% senior discount price, too! Good place to start your shopping at!"

"Conveniently located at Kona Commons Shopping Center, this store opens early and close late! Perfect for tourist like me that needs some scrunchies and slippers coz I rely at any stores on the big island (yes I intend not to bring slipper for this trip). Staffs are just okay. The store is packed with a variety of merchandise as holiday is here. I’m grateful that Ross is always here to save your day and saves you from spending like crazy."
