"Maui What A Wonderful World Bed and Breakfast is definitely a lovely and peaceful location in Kihei and I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! Owners Eva and Jim are awesome and have operated the bed and breakfast for many years now and it was such a pleasure to meet them during my stay as well as meet their family and super cute energetic smaller terrier dogs. I was in the Papaya Suite and definitely plenty of space, with a separate bedroom, kitchen bathroom, and the living room! And did I mention, the great breakfast food and other snacks in the provided basket as well as fresh fruit, cereal, milk and other items inside the refrigerator and freezer? Definitely saved me time and money from having to drive to the nearest bakery or market! Yes, this is a real Bed & Breakfast and definitely worth every dollar! There are three other suites available for booking and there is usually no minimum stay required except during certain times of the year like the holiday season or special local events, for instance. Also, guests are offered a 10% discount if they pay in check/cash versus charging to their credit/debit card, and I opted to provide Eva with the check. You will also find two common areas, and one of them is right outside the Papaya Room on the ground level where there are other tables, chairs, and a BBQ. The other common area is upstairs on the lanai, where there are more tables and chairs, and ultimately a lovely view of Kihei and the West Maui Mountains! Definitely would love to come back and stay at Maui What A Wonderful World Bed and Breakfast for the next stay in Kihei and South Maui!"

"WOW! What a Wonderful World Bed and Breakfast really lives up to their name. Truly, a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in early March, and were impressed with how personable, kind and inviting Eva was. The Mango suite was the perfect size for 2 people looking to explore the island of Maui. The place was very clean and in a great location to the beaches in Kihiei and Waliea. Eva offers amenities such as clean towels whenever needed, beach chairs, fresh fruit/juice/snacks upon arrival, and other beach toys. There was a hose right outside our room (which is helpful if you like to hike and your tevas/chacos get that lovely volcanic dirt all over them). Parking was easy if you decide to get a rental car during your stay. The view upstairs is lovely during the sunset. The decor in the suites are very beautiful (Although I may be bias as I have a similar taste of wicker/eclectic styles lol). As we checked out we said we would 100% stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Maui. I would HIGHLY recommend to stay here on this sunny side of the island. Wishing I could give them 10 stars instead of 5!"

"We had a great time! The owners were hospitable and very accommodating. The breakfast always included plenty of fresh fruit. The hotel is close to a lot of great beaches and we were able to use their beach chairs and umbrellas."

"We are already dreaming of our next stay here! My husband and I spent five nights in the Papaya Suite for our honeymoon. The property itself is well taken care of - so beautiful and lush and well situated just a five minute drive from what would become our favourite beaches on Maui. This was our first visit to the island and we found this location was perfect for quick jaunts to amazing beaches, checking out Wailea, heading upcountry and over to Hana. Eva recommended South Maui Gardens for food trucks (also just a short drive from the B&B), and we loved it there so much we returned three times throughout our ten day trip! Our suite was so spacious, private, comfortable and wonderfully decorated. Inside we found everything we needed and more. We loved thumbing through the travel books left on the coffee table. The breakfast baskets and goodies in the refrigerator kept us fuelled each morning - such a wonderful array of fresh fruit, pastries, granola bars, chips, cereal and milk, bagels, bread, juice, and more. We were also so grateful for the variety of beach gear available to borrow, including beach mats and chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, beach towels, and snorkel gear. Complimentary access to laundry machines onsite was such a bonus! We felt so comfortable and happy in this little piece of paradise. Eva was so lovely, warm, and helpful, and made us feel right at home. We loved our stay, and we hope to return someday soon!"

"Great spot. Clean and comfortable. Arrived to fresh cut pineapple in the fridge. This was a lifesaver after 6 hours on a plane getting in late evening. Instructions on getting into room was straightforward. Breakfast in the room with cold water, milk and orange juice in the fridge. I earned points with the wife by making her a yogurt parfait with fresh kiwi and bananas topped with granola (all included). Huge win for this guy. Fingers crossed it leads to something!! Quiet neighbourhood. Reserved parking. Good pricing compared to hotels in area. Pretty chill place."
