He was friendly and made my dad feel at ease about going from a jitterbug to a smart phone. Santo set everything up for my dad, got the phone set up for easy use, removed apps from the Home Screen and made it super easy for my dad to use. All my dad has to do is push a couple of buttons to get to what he needs. My dad needs to practice using the phone, but he knows if he ever needs help, he can go to the store and they will help him out. You made our buying experience so easy and the transition smooth.
