"Manager had poor customer service. Demanded my coworker (a dark guy) to take off his backpack and leave it at the register. We were in our high vis work uniform. Then he allowed a white person to keep his backpack on a walk right by us. When we went to cash out he had a bad attitude toward my coworker so I told him let’s leave we’ll buy our beer elsewhere. Just so happened he showed up next door and watched us the entire time. Then proceeded to give us attitude. When we asked him about the other guy wearing a back pack he gave us an attitude and said it’s his store he can do whatever he wants. Older bald guy extremely racist. Wouldn’t buy anything from there or the place next door."
"I had to give this star cause first time in that area in the city felt they racial profile me I was at the beer and soda cases and they were watching me like I was watching them. They did not ask the ladies in front of me for there id and actually see the name on the card matches your ID not a good experience walked out the store did not go back."
"The clerk was trying really hard not make a sale. I'm from Canada and I wanted couple of beers, I walked from a hotel nearby. First he took a look at my credit card and said it won't work without even checking. He demanded my ID and said it is a law in Nevada to check it with alcohol purchase. I had cash and he made sure it was legitimate. I wanted to get rid of small change and he wouldn't exchange it for a dollar bill after I made a purchase. They're lucky I was too lazy to walk across the street to their competitors. Besides I was thirsty."
"Selection on bourbon was great but that is because their prices are way above secondary values. Manager was extremely rude and didn’t want photos taken in the store. Walked out and bought elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend wasting time with someone that has such poor customer service"
