"On my first stop in, it was busy and I overheard a conversation another customer was having with a female salesperson. Asked about stock, she replied they cannot be certain, but wait time would be around 8 or 10 weeks. I thought that was excellent, so I left to return a while later. Upon returning, I was confronted by a rude and condescending Asian man. When enquiring about new stock, he basically told me to go elsewhere: "talk to your jeweler and build a reputation with them". When asked about their pre-owned pricing, he responded with a question. "How much would you sell a pre-owned watch for?" How about you just answer the question, donkey."

"Went to this store looking for a new and not a used watch , I hoping they had a sea dweller 45 mm or the new 50 mm, this asian man greet me and told what what I was looking for , telling he has very low of new watches and has more used watches , I said I like large watch like my yacht master 2 have , then pointing out. His old yacht master 2 to me , in I can tell he not listening on what I have already, he seem very cold when came to talking to him and telling me I should contact my jeweler , I’m saying to myself, I guess he doesn’t want my business , I Normally. Shop at whaler village Rolex store in the pass ,and had no problem buying multiple watches in stock and where very nice and helpful. I’m not going give a recommendation to this cc shop here, the Louis Vuitton store, where very nice , don’t judge the cover of a book from its cover . Customers are the life blood to any business. , funny how my wife was getting more attention then I was due to jewelry she was wearing in there ."

"Visited the Maui with friends and happens to visit the shops at Wailea. Upon enter the Tourneau , greeted by a wonderful SA Rachel with a welcome smiles on her face. We have tried on few pieces Rolex and gladly offered to purchase a DateJust. Rachel made my friend’s dream come true to own his 1st Rolex. I have also leave my with list and got a call in few days and let’s me know my wish list is here. Went over and complete my purchase and walk out with happy smile on a Submarine Date. The services provided by Rachel and her team is amazing. This is the best purchase experience I ever had in a Rolex store."
