"During my tour and my son’s first day in daycare ever, I found this place to be amazing, I felt safe leaving my child with Ms. Neci and Ms. Pam. Unfortunately on his second day I was very disappointed! His teacher was out sick, so he was shuffled around from several rooms while they were short staffed. Every teacher I saw that day was no one I had met during my tour or his first day. I completed a daily sheet where I could add notes with requests, because my son was being dropped off at 5am I politely requested if my son could be changed into his clothes for the day as I had supplied and I was told yes! There is lack of communication! All staff should be briefed on new students and their needs, their faces and what is being requested on their daily sheets. When I picked my son up at 2:30pm he was still in Pajamas, with no shoes on. His shoes, blanket and cup were misplaced. No one knew who my child was, and the way they identified him was by “camo”( the pj’s he was wearing were camouflage). I found him sleeping on a mat in an air conditioned classroom without his blanket, which was found in another classroom thrown on a table under some toys. His daily sheet said that his DIAPER was changed twice(but I only supplied 1 pull up for nap time) my son is a 3 y.o toddler that is fully potty trained!! What do you mean he was changed? I’m sure someone saw that he went to the restroom on his own during his time there. Maybe that’s just how much they don’t pay attention to your child, because if they did, they would’ve known that. It would’ve helped if they read his daily notes and were provided details of my son before he arrived. These issues could be avoided during times that his primary teacher is not present. I’m not sure if he had breakfast because it was not documented, so I’m not sure if he ate between the hrs of 5am and 10am. They say he did eat but if it wasn’t documented on his daily notes that is provided to each parent at the end of the day, how can I confirm this? His socks were filthy, meaning my son walked on classroom floors and restroom floors without shoes!!! My heart hurts for my kid that I left him with these individuals, and they paid no attention to these things. To not pay attention to his daily notes, and bypass my requests is shameful. There is no excuse as to why these things happened, and if they felt I was asking too much to get him dressed they should’ve told me no. I did my part and provided everything for my child that they requested of me, a spare change of clothes and underwear, an outfit for the day, 1 pull up for nap time and closed toed shoes. I just wanted some help to make this easy for my toddler as it was his first time having to be left in a strange place with strangers at 5am, or let alone be up that early. This was a traumatizing situation for myself and my toddler as a first time attendee in a school/daycare. There was not one ounce of sympathy, the front staff thought “his pj’s were cute and thought he was dressed for the day” is what 1 teacher said. I don’t play when it comes to my child! I will never take a chance at any Imagination Station Ever!!! My son was there two days too long, and has not returned!"

"This is the best place to take your kids I love it my kids love and enjoy it as well !! I would highly recommend it to whoever needs good childcare they also offer bilingual workers as well , incredible staff always here to meet your needs and questions , Great hospitality 5stars for this place"

"My son has been here for a few weeks and we couldn't be happier. Finding a good late night daycare has been a challenge. My sons speech has improved and he is always so happy to see every Staff member. The security out front is mgm security and you just have to tell them you're here for daycare. Considering it's on the strip, I feel safer here then my previous daycare. Some of my sons health issues stopped upon switching here too. Las Vegas has a teacher shortage so people should be easy on the Staff, they are doing their best."

"Pros : open 24/7, secure check in / check out with fingerprints, always someone here to take care of kids Cons: old, the classes rooms look empty, old toys, very low key for a multi million (billions?) $ company. Shame on MGM for doing the minimum there and probably don't pay the teachers very well either. On the other hand they offer this service to their employees at a discount price. And other casinos don't. My son has 2 preschool and he's sad to go there and says there's bad kids. He only go there a few hours per week. I won't chose this preschool/daycare for full time but for some occasions it is useful. 3*"

"I do not recommend this place for your children. there my son was assaulted by another child several times on different days and nobody did anything. I made the complaint and supposedly they delivered it to the parents of the other child in writing. The result was that my son told me that even the teacher of the group did not say anything to the aggressor child. there you can complain and complain and nobody cares. I just ended the contract there for fear that my son will return one day seriously injured or end up in a hospital."
